Hello Again Mime-heads!
Things are good in Mimetown, although we are hot on the search for a permanent replacement for Pete Lavers, our departing bassist. We’ve chatted and jammed with a number of potentials, but still looking for the right person for our eclectic mix of idiots. Hopefully we’ll have a new name to announce to you soon and you’ll be able to see us out there with our newest faces (all painted white, of course). In the meantime, we’re continuing to rehearse, discuss new material, keep ourselves fresh and oiled up for our next throw-down with y’all.
As for yours truly, I’ve recently been supplementing my stage time with the Mimes with a country-fried rock venture onstage in THE GREAT AMERICAN TRAILER PARK MUSICAL, playing the role of a marker-sniffin’, gun-totin’, cuss-talkin’ drifter named Duke.
